Modern Touch Landmark LLC purchases a variety of rental properties, including

Duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes are small multifamily homes and buildings.

Apartment buildings are built as walk-up, low-rise, mid-rise, or high-rise.

Vacation houses for short-term stays such as Airbnb or VRBO.

These will all provide steady rental incomes for the business.
MANAGEMENT TEAM
Modern Touch Landmark management team brings a practiced eye and deep background in sourcing, analyzing structure, and executing upon highly complicated real estate opportunities in partnership with some of the country’s leading real estate organizations and both institutional and private investors. We target properties ranging from $3M to $25M which can be acquired at significant discounts to replacement costs or
developed at a significantly attractive risk/reward yield on cost.
Our business model will include thorough research of the requirements and processes in our local market- typically this will require high expertise in sales and take some time to build our brand image within the target audience.
